Julian Harvest Apple Hard Cider


Julian Harvest Apple Hard Cider    7.0%ABV
A:  Julian Hard Cider pours a crystal clear, nearly colorless, uber light green straw color with no notable head.
S:  Tart apple aroma with hints of white flowers, a touch of minerality and a really restrained sweetness.
T:  Tart and dry with a touch of minerality and subtle apple flavors.  Great for the Dry English Cider drinkers
M: light- medium bodied for cider, moderate carbonation and a tart, dry finish.
Pairings:  This could go with so many foods, try it with the roasted summer squash, rosemary ham, red endive salad, cheese, boudin blanc

New Belgium Abbey Ale


New Belgium Abbey Ale  7.0%ABV 
Belgian Dubbel
A:  Pours a clear, roasty amber color with lively carbonation, and a light tan head.
S: dark roasted malts, dark dried fruits, Belgian candi sugar, and notable Belgian yeast spiciness.
T: caramel, toffee, dark fruits and roasted malts, with signature Belgian yeast characteristics
M: medium body, with medium carbonation and a spicy dry finish
Pairings:  This beer is perfect to pair with the Wagyu beef, Chocolate masala mouse or the Whisky cake

Avery IPA


Avery IPA 6.5% ABV

A:  Pours a clear light copper hue with a thick white head.
S:  Bready Pale Malts, citrus and spicy hops balance with a little tropical fruit and pine.
T:  Caramel and pale malts dance with floral and citrusy hops, spice and grapefruit round out the finish.
M:  Light- Medium body, with moderate yet understated carbonation.
D:  Very drinkable and also great with food.

Belhaven Scotch Ale

Crispin Brown’s Lane Dry English Cider


Crispin Brown’s Lane Dry English Cider      (produced in England)    5.8%ABV

A:   Pours  a dark golden color with a modest head that recedes to a minimal ring of bubbles.
S:  Light apple with earthy yeast,  hints of brettanomyces with a subtle farmhouse funk.
T: Lightly sweet with baking spicy and a nuanced farmhouse funk that adds to the delicate balance of sweet and tart.
M:  Medium in body with a bright element of tartness that keeps it very drinkable.
D:  Very drinkable but paired incredibly with other farmhouse elements like cheese, charcuterie,  baked goods, and light poultry and fish.
Pairing:  Cheese, charcuterie, fish, chicken , ham, baked desserts.

Duchesse De Bourgogne


Duchesse De Bourgogne-             Flanders Red Ale/6.0% From Brouwerij Verhaeghe is the traditional Flemish red ale. This refreshing ale is matured in oak casks; smooth with a rich texture and interplay of passion fruit, and chocolate, and a long, dry and acidic finish. The average age of this beer is 12 months.
A- Deep ruby-brown, small amount of head with miniaml lacing.
S- Funky and sour, berries
T- Nice tartness but well balanced, some vanilla from the oak barrels and a little earthiness, nice and complex flavor
M- Effervesent and crisp, light bodied
D- Great summer beer, good to start people on sours and also if someone likes wine
