Victory Prima Pils


Victory Prima Pils  German Pilsner (Pennsylvania) 5.3% ABV
A: Pours a clear light straw color with a modest bright  off white head.
S:  Crackers and sweet pilsner malts, with a slight sweet corn aroma and floral and spicy noble hops
T:  Grainy pils malts balance with grassy and floral noble hops.
M:  Light in body, bright carbonation, and a slightly sweet and hoppy finish.
D: Very drinkable.
Pairings:  Veal Schnitzel, Pork Schnitzel, Chicken Sandwich, Spatzle, Sprouts, Sausages

Great Divide Nomad Czech Pilsner  (Denver, CO) 5.4% ABV
A:  Pours a crystal clear yellow golden color with a thick and creamy head.
S: Light sweet malts, grassy and earthy saaz hops.
T: Hay, grass, earthy saaz hops balanced with delicately sweet pilsner malts.
M: Light bodied with great carbonation and a crisp finish.
D: Very drinkable and great with delicate foods.
Parings:  Veal Schnitzel, Chicken Schnitzel Sandwich, Sausages, Fishwich
