A:  Pours a deep orangy copper color with an almond  head that recedes to leave a moderate lacing.

S: Sweet caramel malt and light fruity, grassy and earthy noble hops.

T:  great balance between earthy, grassy, spicy European hop varietals and rich caramel malts.

M: medium bodied with moderate carbonation and a slightly rich texture

D: very drinkable, but also a great addition to a modest meal.

Pairing:  Fish and Chips, Sheppards pie, corn beef and cabbage.
