A:  Nearly clear golden hue with a lofty head of tight bubbles.  Great retention and beautiful lacing.

S:  Menage a trois of Malts, hops and fruit esters.  Pear, apple, lemon and lime aromas dance with herbal grassy and piney hops and bready pilsner malts.

T: Biscuity, bready pilsner malts, mingle with piney and floral/herbal hop flavors. Slight citrus and booze round out the flavor profile. 

M: Medium bodied with adequate bright carbonation.

D:  This is a very drinkable beer that will be a great food beer.

Food Pairings:  Try this with grilled Tri Tip, sausages, brat burger, rocket salad, and stilton sandwich.
