A: Pours a very bright ruby red with stark white head that quickly fades.

S: Powerful bouquet of vinegar, oak, medicinal / savory cherry.

T: Sour cherries with tartness, cider like qualities, slightly medicinal, hints of vinegar, alcohol is present.

M: Light with excellent carbonation, sticky but in a good way but not overly sweet.

D: Not quite a Kriek and not quite a Flanders Red, think of it as a blend. Overall, great beer.
