A: Huge billowing head with some of the best lacing you’ll ever see on a beer. Pours a very deep dark red (think G’Knight)
S: Carmel, some light brown sugar, plum, guava, and a touch of alcohol esters. Lot of malt behind this one!
T: Toasty, nutty, caramel, biscuit, turbinado sugar, earth, brown bread, and tons of sweet, toasty grains. Light alcohol spice infused with some soft pepperiness and herbal tea-like hop characters. Some pungency and juiciness too. Finishes sweet, more tea, toasty and dry with granola linger.
M: Full bodied and palate coating with great carbonation
O: This is a perfect beer. While it’s malt bomb the hops are present and do a wonderful dance of balance. You get enough sweetness and tropical fruit to make this a surprise in a bottle. It’s huge, it’s red, and it’s delicious. Get some!
