A: This beer pours a hazy amber hue with a persistent, foamy off white head and significant lacing.
S: Earthy, bitter pine followed by a hint of mild sweet orange aromas and with a finish of caramel malts.
T: Sweet malts and citrusy hops greet you followed by a massive hop bitterness that yields to a firm malt backbone and an icredible dry, bitter finish.
M: Medium bodied with mild carbonation and a dry finish that begs for another sip.
D: A rather dry finish lends itself to being increasingly more drinkable but keep an eye out as this beer is 7.7%
Food Pairings: This should work nicely with the Bone Marrow, Brat Burger, and possibly with the Tomato salad.
